Scary enough that they haven't put any internal photos (it's a gut it job anyway I guess) and that the owner is an architect but doesn't want to renovate it himself!

A repost, and no. They are derelict because hugely wealthy foreign owners have bought them, never lived in them, left them to rot and probably have forgotten they ever had them. They're not for sale as such, it's more of a monument to the horrific extremes of capitalism.

Great find. Thanks for posting. It's certainly different and though not my cup of tea I admire someone for trying to do something other than turn their home into a replica of a bland 5 star hotel, as most London pads seem to be nowadays.
