Now I know this does not look like Real Estate Pawn on initial viewing of the photos, but I am trying to look past the amateur photo and description! So much so I am viewing next week! I keep being drawn back to this place so if nothing else it will satisfy my curioisity!

£1.25 million in Ranvilles Lane, wow.
Needs a decent wedge spent getting it together as well.
Sorry but just don't see any value in that, the area is really nothing special and there are dozens of properties in the local countryside that I'd prefer.
Each to their own and all that.
Fekin photographer must have a goddam twitch too. Worst photograph of a ste house ever.

Ironic that the vendor wants a quick sale but has employed the worst estate agent in the country...

Look @ the other adds by the same EA.

Plain, straight forward, telling it how it is. I kinda like that.

The house above only has 1500 acres. Nowhere near enough to generate any meaningful revenues. The crude rule of thumb on farmland is that it generates about £90/acre a year, most equestrian facilities are loss making follies and even a good shoot doesn’t generate mega bucks. You’re definitely going to be haemorrhaging cash running that place.
Yes, I read Alex James claimed farming was costing him more than his £1m cocaine habit and London partying.

Particularly if you start getting into £1M legal battles with builders, architects and even garden designers. Google "Martin Dawes" "Dinmore Manor"

The security door of the Master bedroom is an interesting addition, Im aware of them being fitted but never seen it, as is the integral stair case to a upper gallery, dressing room and undisclosed room only accessible from the Master suite... Sex Dungeon or Security Paranoid?
