Pros:

Near unbeatable value
Huge carcasses meaning more space.
Decent enough quality especially drawers
Good stock levels and speedy delivery
Staff are knowledgeable
3d planner is a doddle to use.
100cm high units for covering boilers
Easy enough to assemble
Decent enough appliances

Cons:

Ridiculous plinth heights, only 80mm
No service gaps
Their sinks are shyte
Their handles are shyte
Their worktops only come in 246cm lengths
Lack of 300/500/1000 unit widths

I fit their veddinge(sp?) range to all my rentals and 10 units and worktops usually come in around the £700 mark, I fit them myself and source appliances, handles and sink/tap from eBay. They hold up a lot better than some of the cheap crap from the sheds.

Very positive experience here. As others have said, take advantage of the unbeatable value on the cabinets, then source all other bits elsewhere. I found their handles OK, but the ones I liked (chunk brushed steel) were discontinued soon after.

I didn't find the lack of service gap on Metod too much of an issue.
