I like this a lot, although the inside is dated, yet for the first time ever I found myself thinking; strip that paint off back to bare wood and stain it, change that flooring, a lick of paint, and I'd need a new ride on mower for that grass.

So what stops you moving? Huge swathes of the world far nicer than Coventry where your money would go far further.
