Underground cabling?

some areas are fed from poles some fed underground ,easiest way to tell is
have a look if you have an overhead feed or not !

I phoned Virgin on Tuesday

Guy came out today (in shirt and tie) and had a look. I had dug up the entire wire across my lawn to proceed with my work

Basically as we are not Virgin customers and he didn't seem that bothered about retaining the wire in the floor he just cut it at both ends and took it. He wasn'tin a position to do it himself and I didn;t imagine them getting anyone in immediatley.

So looks like we won't be having Virgin i nthe future unless we want to take up our new lawn and path!

I think they can "burrow" a new cable under your lawn should you decide you want virgin in.
There shouldnt be any need to dig it up.

noooooo they dig it in ,or throw under the hedge if you have one .
