I wouldn't say it was a horror though. It's not an attractive house at all but the interior is ok. Taking into account that it is in Boston, it's probably top drawer in relative terms.

Would be hugely improved by cutting back the trees on the boundary.

Have a look on street view, makes a decent windbreak and shields the bungalow from the yard next door.

Isn't the yard (workshop) part of the property ?

I'd rather have lower trees and more sunlight.

It's a good location and has the right character. Rate would be around £500 per week around there but it's incredibly seasonal so occupancy rates tend to be very low. Probably under 50% so a very rough gross yield of just £12k/annum. Which does suggests the asking price is quite punchy and that you'd really be wanting to use it yourself at times to justify the poor yield which would obviously be decimated by your use.

Isn't that a collection of flats? That is the only door at the front, the large bit of the right has no door.

It's wedged in between two houses and from I've been able to see it is a single dwelling.

Looks more like the communal area to allow the buildings on the right and left to be split into flats.

I thought that but both houses have been subdivided and the flats utilise the original front doors and hallway.

The thing between them has its own front door, number and curtains etc.
