This house is well known due to the pic of the lift in the garage (not used in the listing)

The helmets in the living room suggest a racing connection "Edwards" ??? (Doesn't appear to be Colin though)

I like the place, but Id have to be very sure on it, when £5,5M will get you something much, much bigger in Surrey, Berkshire etc

I like it too, TBH. If I wanted to live in London because, say, I was completely insane, I'd buy it smile

A couple of new additions I like. A bit of decor to do but fundamentally would do nicely.

No curtains in the master bedroom - little sleep in the summer!

I've stayed here as a holiday let, overlooks the beach where i proposed to the wife as well. Needs a little bit of tidying up but i loved the upside down layout and the price seems ok ish.

2 is genuinely excellent. Midges a constant hassle in summer?

Is it possible the master bedroom window has shaped blinds that pull up from the floor? That would solve the difficulty of dealing with the arched window.

Just looked at it, then glanced at the price and was genuinely surprised, pleasantly so - or do we think it will go for much more under the Scottish system?

These two wonderful properties for significantly less than the rather charmless London mews house. Know where I’d rather spend my money

Looks like a full width floor plan on the lift so no drips smile

Other than the location I’m struggling to see how this is worth £695k. Bland exterior, soulless interior and the views are nothing special.
