Indeed, I hadn't noticed that but as you say, the two properties are almost touching. Mind you, I guess 42 acres and 1 1/2 miles of river frontage makes up for it to a degree

So do Swedish estate agents employ real photographers? Their pictures all seem so much better than those you see of British property.

Only problem with old wood houses like that is they creak and groan when the wind blows.

I think so, but in reality I reckon most photos of normal, run of the mill properties are shot by trained baboons armed with HDR cameras. Can't go too wrong with a good enough camera.
