Remembering staying here many moons ago with the wife pre kids when it was a hotel.

Very eccentric owner but food was fabulous.

Remember him lending one of his own jackets to a guest who came to dinner in a T shirt :-)

Fantastic views and not near enough to Abersoch to be annoyed by the tossers who now frequent there.

I like the fact it’s not completely isolated. If you don’t want to be near anyone, just wander off across the acreage.
There wasn’t a huge amount of life/noise around it when we drove past.
It’s also only a ten minute walk to restaurant Tristan which is really good! I know where I’d be every night.
I’d be bunging them a bit extra to bring it round and serve it in that dining room.

Might be a marmite one, but I'm impressed by the workmanship.

That's had some money spent on it!

Really like that. Any idea of price?

It's not really an area popular with Russians.

Looks more like a bucket of Renminbi than Roubles

I think that is lovely, but what they've saved on curtains will have gone on the heating bills

From the perspective of someone merely looking at the pictures without needing to consider price, location, and living there... I like it biggrin

Picture 1 looks like a hotel bar - not to everyone's taste but very familiar and quite cool cool

Developed to within an inch of its life. Cool boardroom, sorry dining room. You'd need to be fit to hop into the bath.

I think that's excellent - a modern take on the Prairie house, without the twee logtastic approach of many smile
