No idea what the ramifications of living on the "Overseas Estate" are...
I think it's just the name of the estate probably because it looks over seas.

That would do me.

Large garage, pool, entertaining area and views.

I don't need much more than than that.
It’s important to be able to jump from the entertaining area into the pool without too much risknof breaking legs though.

As often, the Satellite's revealing, showing it suffers more than most from big house, small plot syndrome.

Not everyone wants to be gardeners. Not many large plots close to the coast anyway. It would suit me just fine.

I'll have the one down the road under construction, and costing twice the already unaffordable price hehe

He makes a valid point. Let's just have it as a weekend place.

Seems cheap for its location - surprised little j-bieb isn’t prancing round the pool.

Seems very vulnerable to both landslides and wild fires. I agree it seems cheap.

I really don't understand why anyone thinks Malibu is a nice place to live.

Agreed. Good-sized property, lovely part of the south west, I'd happily take that as a forever house if I was semi-retired, maybe able to work remotely for a few days a week (and had a few more £££ in the bank than I do now).

"Extensive parking for numerous cars" is also a bonus.

It's a lot "cheaper" in the hills, beachfront esp a dry beach (still sand at high tide) and the costs shoot up.

So in this photo, the bit you're actually buying is the section hidden behind the tree? Rrrrright...

The pillarbox windows on the top floor aren't terribly appealing, either.

wonder if the OP looked at the drone shot full aspect and assumed it was the whole place for sale.

I've done a charity ride a few times that ends at the pub just before the bridge to Hayling Island. I wouldn't say I know the area well, but I do a little. It always struck me as being very built up around there. I'd want to be in one of the beautiful villages a few miles North, although nothing takes my fancy that is available currently...
