Picture 7 doesn't have a vertical line!
Still great value at 100k and river view, if its not fallen down in last 100 years it might be OK for next few, I would buy it.

"What's wrong with that?" I hear you ask. Apart from the pretentious fountain at the front and not being terribly characterful, how about the UK's largest greenhouse right on top of the property? The light pollution is fantastic. I can see the glow in the sky from literally miles away when it's dark. I can only imagine whoever lives there never sleeps and looks perma-tanned hehe

Seems to not mention the life threatening turn out of the drive onto a busy duel carriageway either!

That section of 'duel' carriageway isn't too fast - 50mph average speed limited. It's still a busy road though. Not exactly where I'd want to be living having just spent 1.5M yikes

If that’s a nightmare I’d be interested to know where those people live.

I accept it’s no grand design but that is a hell of a house.

Is there a reason you’d have the stairs like that, other than to put people off buying.

That picture makes me think of a baby crawling up the walls and David Bowie in tight grey leggings.

The golf course right next to it is lovely though. Might well be joining it myself next year.

This was in the London Metro newspaper today. Apparently it has some sort of flooding issue too.

Wonky cottage with a lot of damp too judging by some of the pictures.

Yeah the interior is nice but it looks like a datacentre or substation from the outside.

I don't understand this property at all. Just off Deptford High Street too, not where one would expect there would be a big market for 1.75 mil properties. It also seems big and small at the same time. And wtf is that chain on the table!?

Considering that 1.75 would get you a decent place in Greenwich or Blackheath that won't sell in a month of Sundays

I think I'd have to pass and sadly suffer in something like this https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/prop...

Mental pricing on the Deptford one, utterly mental

Yeah but the bloke over the road will save you when the zombie apocalypse hits. Or maybe he thinks it already has and purchased a vehicle accordingly after looking up Deptford High Street for 5 seconds. Excellent patina on the fuel canister, Nigel.
