Not a nightmare per-se however it does have a few irregularities, Picture 15 shows a great view of the local oil refinery and picture 18 shows some sort of room within a room, a sauna to be exact... Oh, and of course the driveway which goes straight onto a corner on a hill. Nevermind the random raised section in the garden, which isn't big enough at the top to put furniture to use as a raised deck. It's just stairs, a platform and then stairs again...
As I said, not a nightmare, nor is it pawn and doesn't constitute a thread if it's own.

Wouldn't surprise me, a decade of being portrayed as greedy and evil and all the tax and legislation, thrown at us. I'm extremely fed up with it all too, however now is probably the worst time to sell anything.Are the BTL landlords running for the hills?

I wonder what the estate agent ACTUALLY THINKS when they go round to view and value?
I mean realistically that’s had nothing meaningful spent on it since Spandau Ballet and Duran Duran we’re rivals. It’s a massive plot and a house that’s got virtually no redeeming features.
I know on paper it sounds like £2 million but is it even half that to sell in this climate?

I agree for the most part - horrendous in so many ways, but then you stumble across the odd nice feature which is almost a surprise. The rear of the house covered in greenery at least looks better than that awful front that is very rural Travel Lodge. The grounds are very pleasant. It does seem a bit of a guessing game trying to value places like this. There is very little to compare them to as there are so many factors in each one. Quite often the new owner might spend a ridiculous amount on it once they buy it, I mean someone could pretty much knock down a million pound house to put what they want on it. They can also take years to sell, it's not like trying to sell a 3 bed semi near a good school, you have to wait for anyone remotely interested in putting an offer in to come along.I mean realistically that’s had nothing meaningful spent on it since Spandau Ballet and Duran Duran we’re rivals. I'm a similar distance outside the M25 but in Kent and around here that buys you a 4 bed detached in a decent area with garden, drive and garage.

Aside from the bizarre roof style, it's the living room that gets me most.
I can't work out whether the dog dick red carpet was already down when they moved in, and for some reason chose not to replace it, instead buying furniture and other hideous accessories they thought would be inkeeping.
