£1.5m to have a st in your bedroom...

I don't mind the house overall however.
Whilst such arrangements would never be my choice, in a house of such scale one could imagine that a facility elsewhere becomes the designated log flume, and this one is used only for Number 1s. It is Cheshire of course, so different rules apply, and I expect the sellers imagine their market is faked-tanned gym bunnies keen to sashay around the bed/bathroom in front of their equally fake-tanned and manscaped gym bunny partner. Not wishing to generalise at all at all. wink

It's what happens when you try to type "food poisoning" on a tablet with over-enthusiastic auto-correct.

We know a legendary thread about that, don't we children. Still the funniest thing I've ever read on here.

Blimey, been on here for a few years, not seen that so, linky please ...

Is this akin to the chipped 335d thread? Or the projectile can of Red Bull thread?

Really odd one this, looks like a 90's office building inside and out. Absolutely nothing says homely about it.

£515 PSF for a 6 bedroom boarding house in Stockton - please let me have some of what the owners are drinking!

One of the photos is labelled 'Staff Kitchen' so I suspect it's been some kind of commercial enterprise.

Looks like it's being touted as building land. I can't see anyone with £2.5m wanting to live next to the A19 and a boarding kennels.

Or in Middlesbrough.

It just seems very odd, no way of selling it as a home as its horrible and yet who would want a series of bland offices complete with attached horse stables!

Equally like you say its very expensive for building land!
