Lot to like in that. Sensible.
Yes, a genuine move in and live in it property. Not crazily priced either.

With a bit of a reset though....!!
The main road is a busy bottleneck and Farthinghoe was earmarked for a bypass over thirty years ago.
I stayed in the village when I went to the British GP 2018. I have changed my mind about the property - i think it is tip top!!

Maybe the owner didn't want the photos online due what is in there?

I have no idea what the place is like but this is daft. 7k sq feet, a couple of acres and a 4 car garage. It was cheap at the opening price but it's now £141000.
Shows the difference between there and here.
Lord knows what a yank house hunting here must think.

That's a $100k cash buy, there.
Small town Illinois places just don't sell that well, or for high prices.
It's about 2h drive to the city my brother lives in, but I agree with GT119 - it's a Jack Reacher just got off the bus kind of place!

Now call me fussy, but for £30 million I'd expect everything to be just right, but in this case it's not. The combination of copper bath and modern stainless tap in pic 64 for instance.

What with the bowling alley and cinema room, this one is dangerously close to being a tasteless show of wealth without any real class or style

Exactly the kind of thing I would do with a Euromillions win hehe

That's a spectacular feat of engineering. I like the idea of a bedroom with a bare rock wall to look at, which is a good thing as I'm not sure I'd sleep much with all that water above me smile A little sterile as it is currently furnished.

Dunno - most days you'll have wild campers, campfires et al in your backyard.

Does this mean that the guests swimming in the pool with their goggles on can see what's going on in the bedroom?

I take it this hasn't actually been built yet and the 90M Euro is the projected cost... or do you also need to cough up 25M Euro so no-one else stakes a claim to the land?!

"Conceptualized by Israeli specialists, the complex has a multilevel security system and reaches highest security standards including the bunker. Ample 16 cars underground lobby-parking. It's possible to acquire the plot free from any legal challenge by third parties for €25.000.000."

Description talks about buying the project so doubt it's been built. Impressive renders! Not clear if it's a single residence or multiple flats & houses. Anyway, out of my league by a factor of '000s
