The lack of any windows on the floor plan at the rear and only one window on the side suggests half or less than half a house. It's address is also 1 Eden Gate.

So in four years the house has had a complete makeover and gone from the Daily Mail price of £6 million down to £4 million.

I believe Tonker is familiar with Bolton and maybe will steer as to what it'll realistically go for.

Personally I really like it but I'm a bling lover.

I really like it and can see that it's quite big. But looking at the floor plan and pictures I cannot see how it's £500k.
