There's a convenient lay-by/parking area that's notorious for dogging a short walk away too.
Which direction? (asking for a friend)
It used to be well signed.. hehe

Looks like an office block and could quite possibly be a call centre.

His and her en-suite and a master bathroom. wobble

As you can see from the listing it is a high spec house in an elevated position, with views of the Severn Vale,

and a massive distribution and warehouse complex which is lit up at night like a Xmas tree
And cheeses raining down on you every year!

Been a few times, it's a great day out! It's a nice part of the UK really (logistics hubs notwithstanding)

Nearly 2 million gets you a lot just about everywhere, and especially in Scotland,so I think there will be around a gazillion places I'd choose over that.

This one is on a route I run fairly often.

Pallet wood everywhere. It looks better inside than I imagined to be fair and it is in a nice location, but the rest is a disaster - £650k in that location can get you something half decent. Not something built by boy Scouts.

Im going to take a wild stab in the dark and say they've never asked for any planning permission or a engineers drawing etc.

Looks very much "that'll do"

Listing states: 'The building work is part way through and building consent has not been received for some of the works carried out.'

Riiight.

Would not look out of place at all with a Holiday Inn Express sign above it.

Might help take the bad look off it, it looks like a cheap hotel or a pile them high retirement home.

Yep dreadful...devoid of a personality. Who the hell needs a entrance hall like that... the proportions of the place are all just wrong.
