Same area, a bit less urgent on the eye, and possibly the world's best fire pit.

Apart from picture 15 I love that!!

I love the affordability calculator too- $40k per month for the mortgage. Yep, definitely affordable...

Is that for the whole building or just half of it? The floorplan suggests that it's the whole, but it's advertised as semi-detached, and it doesn't look like it is...
Are you Rory's mate with the Dolby Atmos? ;-)

if only the jobs were there.
I do like the two staircases, don't want the staff getting the main one all messy.

That looks like a hell of a lot of property for the money.

Yes...but it looks to have been used as a homeless hostel, has no grounds to speak of, there's water damage visible in a few rooms and it's near some stty-looking flats. So I suspect it would cost a lot of money to refurb that you'd never see back. Maybe one for a developer to split into flats.

Are you confusing it with the Leeds place? This one is refurbed.

Also a semi, which it doesn't quite get round to mentioning.

Wales wise, this appeals, although no doubt ruinous.

Disturbingly close to Mr Roper's manor.

More specifically JAYB, (and I realise this wouldn't be immediately obvious from a Learjet) but that part of Wales is something of a accumulation point for scousers and brummies who find themselves displaced from their estate due to domestic or gang-related difficulties, and subsequently... (deep breath) breed.

Unless it's been sold I remember that being for sale a long time back. On and off the market for years, it's the Howsham Hall of Wales.
