Same area, a bit less urgent on the eye, and possibly the world's best fire pit.

I love the affordability calculator too- $40k per month for the mortgage. Yep, definitely affordable...

if only the jobs were there.
I do like the two staircases, don't want the staff getting the main one all messy.http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/prope...

Yes...but it looks to have been used as a homeless hostel, has no grounds to speak of, there's water damage visible in a few rooms and it's near some stty-looking flats. So I suspect it would cost a lot of money to refurb that you'd never see back. Maybe one for a developer to split into flats.Bluebarge said:

Wales wise, this appeals, although no doubt ruinous.

Disturbingly close to Mr Roper's manor. http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/prope...
More specifically JAYB, (and I realise this wouldn't be immediately obvious from a Learjet) but that part of Wales is something of a accumulation point for scousers and brummies who find themselves displaced from their estate due to domestic or gang-related difficulties, and subsequently... (deep breath) breed.
