Clevedon is often cited as nice by PHers, but does it really merit these valuations, and have they really trebled the value since buying in 2013? A box on the back seems a little unimaginative...

Decor in there is excellent.

Plot with a lake in the Lake district.

"In summer months, take your meals al fresco on the glass fronted balcony, which runs the full length of the front of the house, and watch the brown trout leaping lazily in the last light of dusk. "
I would have preferred the original house and working with that but even by Lake District standards that's expensive for a building plot with a pond and no other view that I can make out.
The road is pretty busy as well in peak season.

Rather have this in the same village leaving plenty to update, extend, renovate and it's got a killer view.

there is the question of quite how long this has been on sale for.... "There is gated access from the garden to the adjoining 2.36 acre field which is currently let on an Agricultural Grazing Agreement to local farmers with vacant possession being available from mid December 2019."

It does look nice though

There's very little to like about the whole thing.

I'm sure this will divide opinion - not my cup of tea but I've driven past it for years and it's certainly different - gotta love a turret!

This is way nicer than it appears here. A few hundred metres from my Mum's house as it happens. The road it's on is lovely and these Harding-Watt buildings are really interesting. The colours are nothing like as bright as the daft photos.

Modern auction... urgh...

undisclosed reserve price... urgh...

Can't believe the start price is indicative of expected sale price... urgh..

But quite a nice church conversion...

Classic ‘i sometimes watch property programmes and know what I like so I don’t need an interior designer’ interior.

Slightly odd setup - who owns the grass at the front that the shared portion of the driveway goes through?
If you lived in the house on the corner wouldn't you look to create access onto Stonebridge Rd?

I have to say that the front elevation of the house does nothing for me. I also generally like open tread wood staircases but there is something off about the bannister on that one.
