Titlarks hill is one massive building site at the moment and the whole road is being swallowed up by McMansions.

The house above I believe is next door to the biggest on the road some 40,000sqft. About half built.

Nice road in general but effectively going the way of Wentworth down the road, the houses are sold as plots nowadays due to the value of a replacement home. One on the road sold for £21m last year (Lambourne Hall by Octagon).
