Some would argue that these are pastiches, and who commissioned them? Successful Brits? I suspect not.
Although who they are commissioned by is less relevant, they are designed by British architects and British built. Bibury Court looks ideal.

Yup, so British arthitecs earn tens of thousands from the design. Who is spending the tens of millions on the build?

A great garage but, more a place to be seen in, than to live in.

designed by Brits, it a very old style. I personally believe that this old style will stand the test of time..

I love the idea of having a place with bunkers and all manner of weird outbuildings. Is that mainly commercial premises?

Could you sell of some of the 50 acres? Whats the going rate for an acre?
£5-10k I think.
I think that's about right in general, but it obviously depends what you're selling and where. I guess an attractive useful paddock, with water, fencing and road access will be rather more to the right buyer. If you're just offering to buy a neighbouring field to increase the desirability of your own house it may be a little less, especially if you get on with the vendor.

I think that selling bits of farmland off as part of a commercial deal is probably a slightly different proposition.

Being the wrong (Swindon) side of Marlborough and being one of only a few houses just off the main road can't do it any favours.
