Titlarks hill is one massive building site at the moment and the whole road is being swallowed up by McMansions.

The house above I believe is next door to the biggest on the road some 40,000sqft. About half built.

Nice road in general but effectively going the way of Wentworth down the road, the houses are sold as plots nowadays due to the value of a replacement home. One on the road sold for £21m last year (Lambourne Hall by Octagon).
Wow - that is massive place!

Indeed it’s a monster. It’s an iceberg too, basement is massive.

I wonder why they bill this as Ascot when it's in Sunningdale?
No one has heard of Sunningdale (albeit it is technically ‘in’ Ascot). Ascot is famous. Loads of properties around there are described as Ascot.

Because Sunningdale itself is an Ascot address.

Was thinking it needs a pool but hey, a wetsuit is cheaper.
I was thinking, "How far to Plymouth postcodes reach?!" wink
It is a very interesting and appealing house, to me, at least. smile

Like that a lot. Undecided on the trees in front of the windows, if they cover the bedrooms, it might be good from a "forgetting to close the curtains" perspective.

I think the photographer should be hung, drawn and quartered.

Plus those additions are an abomination. Has great potential, just needs a ton spent on it.

My inner child is chortling at 'Underskids'.*

* Underskiddaw, Keswick, but no-one would ever call it anything but skids.

I'm more of a coastal person these days but that's lovely. Keswick is a cracking little town too. Good find. I'd enjoy living in under skid marks too.

That's my kind of property. Pricey being inside the national park but worth it when you consider that view.

Yeah, exactly that. There is a sex-pond, but I'm not DonkeyApple, so I'll allow it.

It's not quite as remote as it first appears, but how busy/noisy is the A591?

All the windows and doors are different colours and it's pretty bland and lacking character inside. I'd also hate being so close to a wood but that's a pet hate of mine. View's nice but the house isn't anything special.

In that location you'd probably hear the A66 more than the 591 due to faster/heavier traffic on the former. It wouldn't bother me. Not a lot of traffic goes that way as it doesn't really lead to anywhere

I like it. Could do with a lick of paint in places, but lovely location.

A66 is over a mile away, and the A591 is quiet.

I'd use the sex pond regularly if it had that view!
