Or it's been interior designed correctly for chobham?

The real glaring error is that the ea couldn't be arsed to move his Surrey chariot off the drive for the photos.

This is an easy fix really as it’s just decor but amusing nonetheless. Previous owner must have got pub offcuts for all the carpets.

I can only imagine what it must have been like furnished!
Apart from the house, the decor and the location, it's excellent.
What's wrong with the location? Looks better than my location!

Does that have direct links to Alderly Edge for flying the parents in and out from their equally stylish McManshun? biggrin

You can't tell from the photos but the back half on the left hand side overlaps the boundary of the house next door considerably

I guess it's for the city worker who wants more than a box and will tolerate an hour long commute.

Outside looks like a giant static caravan, inside looks like someone fitted out a big empty office space with house bits.

Nasty.

Considering you can get something like these for 25k less... ok not detached but have some character.

This has just been finished in my home village, I utterly hate it. It seems they were so desperate to cram in four bedrooms they were willing to compromise their entire upstairs for it, bedrooms 3 & 4 are small, a single small window in the master bedroom and that ensuite is laughable. I just don't understand how an individual new build on a decent sized plot can be so badly judged.

I’m sure I used to drive past that where I used to work, garish red tiled roof like I’ve never seen the like of before

That's the strange thing with new builds in the UK. There's this obsession with recreating the slop that was vomited out decades ago, complete with rooms leading onto rooms leading onto rooms, toilets right where you need to walk, tiny windows, garages which won't fit modern cars.....

I guess it's that shape because of the the railway line directly behind it - https://www.google.com/maps/@51.4329899,-3.2159167...
