Gutted by fire in 2006 and completely rebuilt. I can’t begin to imagine the insurance claim.

If only I had £6.5m, what a place!
Some lucky buyer has by the looks of it! It’s a lovely village too, with Broadway and Chipping Campden down the road. A cracking house in a beautiful part of the world.
Cracking or crackling?

Local one to me, interior is lovely but looks like a funky cow shed outside. Don't think it's personally worth the money but it's a nice area etc.

Something about large tarred driveways on expensive places triggers me. I'm conflicted with this one.

I saw this while browsing the other day. Some nice bits, and a nice area, but there are much nicer ways to spend that kind of money.

Another couple of lovely places with more modest prices.

Both of which I really like.

Why is the first one so expensive? It's tiny.

I think the first one is worth every penny. I particually like the design of the main bathroom.

Pic 2? Is that a table and chairs in the hallway ?

Smashing though.

Flat, pretty boring landscape actually.

Yes, and all you'll actually be able to see from the house is the hedge at the end of the next flat square field.

Yeah, it's not world shaking.

However, nice usable building, with useful outbuildings and the ability to have a decent smallholding is about the dream for me. The fact it's at a reasonable price, with no chicken farms or caravan utilising nomadic traveller sites next door is a plus.

Agreed, I think some others are being a tad harsh. After all, the thread title is show us your real estate pawn, if it's this for the OP then so be it. It would work for us too, our criteria for a forever home is remoteness (no neighbours) not too big a property, something individual, and land. Ticks all of those. We currently have 60 odd poultry, and at a guess 1/4 acre of allotment space, so it could really work for us. The concrete space would be idle for a fox proof coop, no burrowing in to that.

The only letdown for me is the house exterior (IMO) is writing cheques that the interior can't cash, but nothing that couldn't be sorted relatively easily.

And I guessed Lincs from the off, with the outlook being flat as pancake. Not far off with that guess.
