It's awful. Hideous on the outside like a turn of the century business park office. And the inside is just gopping like a strip club meets a Florida boiler room scam hub. It's revolting in every single aspect.
And why is there a seat in the porn cabin that faces the viewers?
You again! And why is there a seat in the porn cabin that faces the viewers?

Is that a nightmare? Wouldnt take too much to sort it out nicely. That would be £2m+ round my way.

I don't really see too many problems with that I guess there arn't too many people after a £1million+ property on Anglesey to begin with though.Lord_Howit_Hertz said:
I don't know much about pricing but that place isn't the worst it could possibly be and probably isn't too far gone if you wanted to change things. I might have done things a bit differently but at least there's no inbuilt sex ponds in the lounge room, mirrored ceilings and mood lighting out of a soho vodka bar. Dark85 said:

But it doesn't seem to be anything intrinsically bad to say it's a shocker?
I'm with tonker on this one. "Recently renovated"? Perhaps, by a blind person committed to doing it as cheaply as possible. I mean just look at the wood floors: uneven, cheaply stained/painted/varnished and just, well, horrible. Already wearing through around the kitchen island - it looks like they used a tinted varnish, which is cheap to do and totally unfit for purpose. If those are original boards, why weren't they filled, sanded and oiled - that would immediately make the place look better. Now you have to undo whatever cack-handed finish they have applied and redo them all, or replace.
Great building, but I'd be making an offer at a price allowing for some serious remedial work.

If you love/loathe a bit of chintz, try this one in Norfolk....

Although nothing a good sympathetic redecoration couldn't sort out - plenty of original period features to work with.
