It's awful. Hideous on the outside like a turn of the century business park office. And the inside is just gopping like a strip club meets a Florida boiler room scam hub. It's revolting in every single aspect.

And why is there a seat in the porn cabin that faces the viewers?
biggrin You again!
You want to buy it and fill it with house hoes don't you? biggrin
Who wouldn't?!
I've asked my wife and apparently I don't.

A smaller version of a Mc Mansion.
When this was first posted I failed to notice the wonderful detail of the downpipe poking round the corner and discharging onto the main roof...

Is that a nightmare? Wouldnt take too much to sort it out nicely.

That would be £2m+ round my way.

I don't really see too many problems with that I guess there arn't too many people after a £1million+ property on Anglesey to begin with though.

I don't know much about pricing but that place isn't the worst it could possibly be and probably isn't too far gone if you wanted to change things. I might have done things a bit differently but at least there's no inbuilt sex ponds in the lounge room, mirrored ceilings and mood lighting out of a soho vodka bar.

It's fully Mickey Carroll Compliant from bar and pool table to barren garden and large tarmacd area but it looks to be a nice building in a nice plot which just needs a few hundred skips to sort out. I guess the only real problem is the price. I've no idea of values in that part of the world but you could lose an easy £300 de-Carrolling the site and making it suitable for habitation.

It doesn't seem too bad. A bit of a blank canvas which is no bad thing. The rear elevation of the property does look odd though. It reminds me of those inexpensive travel hotels in Europe that you get dotted along motorways and the front elevation with all that tarmac looks like a Hertfordshire country pub.

But it doesn't seem to be anything intrinsically bad to say it's a shocker?

I'm with tonker on this one. "Recently renovated"? Perhaps, by a blind person committed to doing it as cheaply as possible. I mean just look at the wood floors: uneven, cheaply stained/painted/varnished and just, well, horrible. Already wearing through around the kitchen island - it looks like they used a tinted varnish, which is cheap to do and totally unfit for purpose. If those are original boards, why weren't they filled, sanded and oiled - that would immediately make the place look better. Now you have to undo whatever cack-handed finish they have applied and redo them all, or replace.

Great building, but I'd be making an offer at a price allowing for some serious remedial work.

If you love/loathe a bit of chintz, try this one in Norfolk....

Although nothing a good sympathetic redecoration couldn't sort out - plenty of original period features to work with.

Had these before on PH but this one is quite plain probably just a modern copy of a Chinese Wedding Bed, like these - https://www.google.co.uk/search?biw=1920&bih=9...

Looks more Gypsy caravan to me though.
