As nice as that looks, it just says 'MAINTENANCE' to me! love the tunnel though
You'd have a 'man' for that I think. Or maybe several.

It will cost money to run, you'd need a pretty tasty income to cover it.

Don't think it has sold but looks better than last time it was listed. Must be better photos. Didn't the price start with a 6 last time?

Has a Bond villain tunnel linking the garage block to the house. smile
That's just amazing. Love it.
Whilst the interior has some nice parts is it just me that thinks the exterior is awful ?

Definitely some things I'd want to change, but overall seems pretty nice to me!.

Just need to move the property 50miles or so and reduce the price by 25% 50% 75% and then I'd be properly interested...!

I agree. maybe not awful but not my type, I'm not one for "Arts and crafts" type houses.

Inside is gorgeous though.

That's beautiful... and decent value too compared to the asking prices of some modern stuff in the area.

Where did I leave that lottery ticket?

It's not my cuppa at all.

Exterior is challenging (each to her or his own of course) - but not enough land, and having looked on google earth, if its the one I think it is, its too close to the road/lane and neighbours.

Presumably that's why it's not up for same for £8m?!

It's not the best location, it's only right on the edge of Hook Heath, as it claims. It's nice but clearly they've had a lot of trouble shifting it.

That is nice. Does the Edinburgh property market still demand that you pay the offers over price * 2?

Anyway, at least they have put undercoat on all the walls!

Yes back to the offers over again some of the prices are starting to go crazy.

I love it. And not completely crazily priced - £5m gets you a lot less in South West London. Wonder how much it is including the adjacent lots.

No sorry, can't see a single redeeming feature. Is Billericky a nice place to live?

at the moment it's not bad - however (and I'd lay good money this is why he's selling) there's a lot of development due soon with a relief road within about 50 metres of his house....

have to agree with Ian. i expect it used to be a nice house before it got "footballer-ised".

Not my kind of place either, although I like the flight simulator - even looks like the inside of a real plane.

Oh no, that's the cinema
