I realise the locations may not be to everyone’s liking and I haven’t even checked the broadband speed but a couple that appeals at more “reasonable” budget

New builds don't have to be horrible...

You can tell it's modern, because it has an en suite per room, but otherwise, I think this is pretty well done...

At 15'5" deep that garage doesn't give you much room to get round the cars so on that basis, I'm out... biggrin

“Newly built Georgian house”.

Instead of Higher Hutcherleigh, they should call it Oxymoron House hehe

I see so many properties posted here that are undoubtedly very nice but few, for me at least, have that proper "wow factor" that makes me go giddy when I see something I really like.

That place absolutely does it for me yes

This one in Australia has become quite popular over the last couple of days. Not for the house itself, which is rather plain, but for the advert. "So breathtakingly horrific that it borders on art. Unnecessarily sexual, incredibly funny and 'the most real estate agent video I have ever seen'."

Enjoy: https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=145&am...

Seems harsh, it quite good fun. Having real dancers makes it less cheesy than if it were just a couple of actors (or worse still, amateurs) slavering or grinning inanely at each other across the kitchen counter - that would have been truly awful.

Most striking thing about the property for me, apart from blandness inside, is how tiny the outside area is. You've got what's barely more than a plunge pool and a postage stamp on which to fire up the barby and that's it. And your neighbour's barbys will be sizzling 6" away from the three sides of your back fence.

And the TV is above the fireplace - council! wink
