If you're guessing the price it's 5 big ones.

It’s Walworth, not Dartford. Walking distance to places that sell the Guardian and £6 loaves of sourdough in Camberwell.
Which, like much of London is turd desperately trying to be polished by those who would have you believe it's an up and coming place to live. It's not, it's a sthole!
Where do you live CB?

This does seem to be next door to a small caravan site, but I like the house. £5m seems like a lot, but if you can afford it, you can probably afford the caravan site too...

One man's meat etc but I definitely wouldn't describe the interior of that house as classy. The floors downstairs look completely wrong with that dark (but lovely) panelling and whoever ripped out the original banisters and replaced them with that the current ones has extremely questionable taste. At best.

If you only feel like spending £3m, and you want to be in that part of the world, this is on the better side of the river for afternoon sun, the neighbour and parking situation is vastly better, and you get a bit of garden and a pool.

(It's been posted before, but I still want it.)

Those bannisters are horrible, like a 1970s municipal building.

£1.6m is a lot to be that close to Bratfurd, it's only about a mile away.

A repost from maybe 6 months ago, just in case anyone missed, as it's so beautifully done.

I'm surprised it's still for sale, although it is top money for Southwell.

Totally agree on those banisters, a terrible match with the house.

Love the outbuildings tho. It doesn't just have a garage, it has a 'classic car garage'! biggrin

That's stunning. Love the layout and the views. The double height ceilings and galleries everywhere. Lots of wood, but not too much. Bloody lovely.
