Seems really cheap considering? I would have guessed at £20m for that.

Is that Countach a toy or is it a trick of the camera? It looks tiny!
Looks like a kids one :-)
Yes it is a toy.

No it is far from the best house.

It isn't a garage its a showroom.

Indeed, I would far rather live in the Georgian Old Rectory, Hinton Blewett linked a few posts ago. Lovely house and 10 car garage. Funnily enough my wife spotted this a few days ago before it was on this thread and said she'd found my ideal house! biggrin

What kind of idiot would put that garage up on the net with a map of it's location?

Someone said it was a famous professional golfer. Not sure if true but can't see why not.

And yes, no need to show the cars stored there.

If I had £10m+ in the bank I certainly wouldn't be aiming at anywhere on the English riviera. It's not a bad compromise for those that must stay in the UK, but with £10m+ I would enjoy a proper riviera somewhere with dependable weather and the UK abode would be somewhere more accessible. To pay £2.5 - £3m for a coastal place in the UK seems a midway compromise when one isn't needed at that ££s (perhaps family aside but that isn't a feature of my life).
I suppose it depends on what the uk means to you. I personally would not hesitate after watching how our politicians have acted post brexit to make the call and leave.

this house has been featured many time on here and has been for sale on and off forever and a day, not the best location and the entrance is opposite the crematorium and the land on one side will eventually butt up against the new Cranbrook estate, the guy is well known locally as is/was in the retail business, believe most of the cars in the garage are gone now as they are divorcing

In an odd way I rather like that. A bit of modernisation and it would make for a unique lair.

Do you know what... that appeals, a lot. Seems a reasonable price. What's that area like? I'm guessing its expensive for its location or something?

unless it has a massive damp issue or something...

Amazing property! I can't believe how cheap it is, if that was near me it'd be a couple of mill.
