Awful tarmac drive ruins it though.
Useful though, better than cobbles.

Great potential, but 'part of a site' puts me off a bit.

You are missing the point

Opposite the office block is transport depot with 2 garages with power, lighting and concrete floors. Garage 1 has an inspection pit as well as a water supply with an adjoining wash down bay and drainage.

The site is approached via an asphalt driveway leading down to the properties where there is ample parking for 10/12 vehicles.

Oh and it has a radar tower ! A freaking radar tower , theres plenty of space to build a pool for your sharks with lasers.

I'm not sure it's me who's missing the point. You could post up any old bit of industrial wasteland and say 'Imagine what you could build here!'

That doesn't make it property porn. Posting the end result after someone's turned it into a dream 'PHer's pad' - that would be pawn.

1. Nice, but a very weird mix of styles, like they don't know what they want it to be.
2. Near perfection, glorious.
3. Could be breathtaking. Incredible tall ceilings, and that staircase!
4. Nice, but not what I'd spend my half million £ on.

All stunning.

What does anyone make of this property? Scotland yet again, but £1.2m for a square house in an estate?

Gopping, sorry. I'd assume it was a business, not a home.

I dare say some would love it mind.

I quite like that, but on the coast or an estuary. Overlooking the East Anglian marshes it'd be something else.
