Anyone fancy a house where one of your upstairs rooms is technically owned by somebody else?

And yet they still list it as detached! Surely its a large flat as I cant see what other definition it meets.https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/136626314#/...

This is pretty bonkers:
https://www.homes.com/property/4-eden-ln-joliet-il...
Looks more like a middleschool than a home
Pool in a hanger
Look at the wires in pic 35
Depressing tv in front of window in pic 38
Oh and a basketball count come lounge of course
Why would you build a pool with interior windows?! Put the basketball court on the inside and have the pool facing out. The only issue is that the narrow path on the wide photo appears to be an access road to 3x other properties, but you could frost the lower metre or so, you'd at least still have LOTS of light and some trees. Alternatively they could have just built it facing the wooded area (which it looks like they own).https://www.homes.com/property/4-eden-ln-joliet-il...

Dunno, looks quite easy to me. The steps are steep but there aren't too many. Best thing to do as drag the body from behind while walked straight up. Don't go backwards as it might be a bit dangerous. If the average man weighs around 14 stone, then the steps will take most of the weight. You just need to overcome the friction of the angle with the step. A piece of soft material may help under the head to stop any bits coming off. The biggest task is the angle of going from the steps to over the threshold. Bring the body 90 degrees so you can bend it round the corner. A tarpaulin sheet underneath will help slide it over the door threshold as well.
a little suspcious that a small property like that would have 2 green bins....Wrap the body in two layers of tough plastic sheeting, taping the entire length of every seam to prevent any fluids escaping, then get it up the steps on a tri-wheel sack trolley. Easy, and minimal evidence for the rozzers to find, even if they cone looking.
Honestly, it's as if no-one's properly over-thought this through.

I'm not sure. There doesn't seem enough space to move a triwheel around on the top. Plus you have more stuff to dispose of for when forensics come. Needs to be a quick in the house job as the door faces the road. You want the first layer of sheeting to be absorbent so the fluids don't slosh around inside. Honestly, it's as if no-one's properly over-thought this through.

Could PistonHeaders turn thumbs down on a house with a 10-car garage? Always a first time! https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/145965245#/...
