I suspect it would be bloody hard to produce a floor plan? Honestly, if I had the asking price I'd be all over it.
Clearly not that hard as there is one.
Also, it's a circle, not exactly a hard to draw shape.

Interesting how viewing figures spiked since you posted that!

The property looks fantastic. Sufficiently Robinson Crusoe, without being too isolated. Nice spot.
It’s really nice. Something magical about living on an island smile
That spike in viewing figures is mad...ad linked into a PH post and viewing figures up by 5500 within 12 hours. That's about a 9200% jump!?

Interesting, but not my idea of home.
Love it. Another link, but no sign of a floor plan:

That's delightful, I absolutely love it. Not least the kitchen / terrace / living areas being on one level, then you retreat to your 'bunker' to sleep.

Agree, the conversion and extension are superb and the attention to detail is impressive. The only thing that puts me off is the rather desolate landscape setting.

That would be a large chunk of the appeal to us. RE the floor plan (which has now been pointed out exists) it wasn't the exterior circle that I thought would be a ball ache to produce, more so the unusual shapes inside. Seems they had no problems mind.

Possibly a bit too close to the A720 Edinburgh Bypass and some errr "Interesting" decorating choices but seems a reasonable price given size and history.

I really like that; it's been very well converted into a dwelling and these things are notoriously difficult to get right. Very classy, and what a statement piece (if that's what you want your house to be!)

Great spot Fermit.

I like it too....

I'd be slightly annoyed not to have a garage - and I wonder if it has any central heating? But I could definitely imagine living there other than the fact it's nearly in Holland.

I do like the tower as well - just needs lifting entrance steps so you can keep the unwashed masses and inlaws out.

Honestly, if I didn't have kids going through school at the moment, etc, I could up sticks and move to that in a breathe. I assume the weather isn't quite normally as reflected in the pictures, but that is simply a great home for the right person at a very reasonable price.

Bit of freelance work to pay the bills, walks with the dog, your own boat for a bit of fun.

Every expense spared on the fixtures and fittings in between beatings with the ugly stick.
I seem to recall that has been posted here previously, and a comparison was made with a building where one might rear poultry!

Above a certain level, they get into pretend rich people territory. They don’t cross into proper rich people territory I.e the absolute best of everything, until you get quite a way past footballer money above say £8-10m. After that, you can find nicer stuff around even in more ‘vulgar’ styles.

Above £20m is where the real stuff is at that is a cut above.
Like this one which is, frankly insane wink

Should just about be ok for garaging.
That, quite frankly, is beyond hideous. Fortunately, sounds like it's never been built rofl
To be fair, I don't think that the CGI work and use of colours has done it any favours.

The Barbi pink trees make it look like Katy Price designed it.

If it were all toned down a little and more reserved colours used for the brickwork etc. I would cope with the cramped parking space.

Me too, not "overdone"
nip down to Felixstowe ferry for fish from the day boats, the Deben, Woodbridge, Orford and Aldeburgh (great smokehouse) all very near
Nice part of Suffolk even if it's flat and the water always grey/brown

Though on the flip side, the buyer may well find themselves in the Guinness Book of Records for 'most spotlights in a single house'.

I am quite surprised that it doesn't. Its an excellent 'prepper' house!
