I wonder with this type of house purchase, how many buyers would buy 'some' to 'a lot' of the furniture?

I guess it may depend where the seller is going to - pretty hard to downsize that lot into even a large normal house. Some valuable pieces may be sold separately, but I’d expect a lot will be negotiable with a property like that.I wonder with this type of house purchase, how many buyers would buy 'some' to 'a lot' of the furniture?

£750k in London gets you what, a 2 bed flat, something like that? Can you get a family house somewhere that isn't rough for less than a million?
I bet you can get this one near to 900, with a bit of negotiation. 4 bed, big-ish garden, interior can be slowly improved in the future nothing too bad? oh and 45 mins drive or tube journey to Kings Cross . I think it is safe to say, it is quite a good area, Redbridge has been quite safe and sound.https://www.zoopla.co.uk/for-sale/details/51692018...
This is close to perfect. https://search.savills.com/property-detail/gbetrsc... The big house next door though must be one of the ugliest houses ever built.

The house next door - the near neighbour, not the big ugly one on the other side - was on here not that long ago.dmsims said:
Tiny amount of land and despite what the photo's suggest you do not own the land down to the estuary
This would be a more accurate picture
According to the agents plan the site does include the parkland leading down to the railway line c13 acres in all. This would be a more accurate picture

5 bed,12th floor penthouse apartment in the European Quarter of Luxembourg City (capital village)
330m2: €7.3m
€1.5m down, and €5.8m loan on 1.5% over 25 years is €23.3k / month
The kitchen is in what was the ballroom. It's soooooo over the top, like something from the Palace of Versailles.

It’s very easy to get a family house in London for £750k.
In fact you can go markedly lower than that.
Example, please (not being negative, just interested)In fact you can go markedly lower than that.
But they are unlikely to be listed on this thread as real Estate Pawn at that price in London. But many other parts of the country £450k will buy you something quite respectable.

It’s great but train track stooping you getting access to the water would piss me off.
If it wasn’t for that it would be great.
The water there is the estuary. It's not a beach you'd want to wander down for a paddle. If it wasn’t for that it would be great.
I've ridden the cycle path that tracks the railway line lots of times, it's a great place to be, I think.
I like it, but as mentioned, it would need re-decorating. A lot.
