Need another tank full - 22p a litre.
Winning !
Yes IIRC I bought 2000L at 17p which is a record low around here at least, ordered a top up last week at 23p but with the new Gov't guidance I'd now expect it to drop further.Winning !

I'm not so sure about that, although I hope I'm wrong. With more people staying at home during the colder months the more the heating will be on so demand for heating oil is likely to be higher.
Ah but with more now working from home or not working at all means less general oil demand and the farmers won't be needing any for crop dryingV8RX7 said:

Ah but with more now working from home or not working at all means less general oil demand and the farmers won't be needing any for crop dryingWe paid 20.8ppl for 500L in May, saw it was cheap and as soon as we could fit in a minimum order, we topped up.
Our boiler died the first time we switched it on ( it went a little chilly at the end of August) and we have been using 1 electric radiator style heater to heat 1500ft2 since.
Boiler getting installed 29th-30th this month, so looking forward too being toasty again and being able to take advantage of the hopefully still cheap oil.

I had 1600 ish litres delivered on the 10th Dec and paid £0.34p but that included a 2p per litre premium for a smaller tanker to fit down my single track road.
Looks like prices are back on the way up which isn’t good news as we use over 220 litres a week in the winter. Still, better than the 52p per litre we were paying in 2019
