Andoversford place has been on and off for ages. I've been inside and would amazed if anyone paid more than £2m.

Cowley house is just a mess and very overpriced.

Sapperton house is hard to fault and clearly had an interior designer input.

All three very local to me.

Yes, I believe that's the case. It's a lovely place isn't it. Some of the places people post on here are just nice houses but this genuinely qualifies as property pawn.
