Until recently, the most expensive property for sale anywhere in Europe, with a price-tag of €350 Million:

(not sure if it actually sold, or if the current owner just gave up trying to find a buyer with such mahoosive pockets)

Very nice. I wonder what the additional 50 acres would cost.

Fabulous garage and it’s collection. Nice house, but (even with 60 acres) £3.7m? eek

Pretty average price for a place of that size and location, in West-Sussex.

We live in a converted church and our living room is almost as big as this example and we absolutely love it. Every time I see photos of houses with small spaces (and low ceilings: you love low ceilings in England... :-) I feel cramped. How can you live in a room with a ceiling lower than 4 meters?

eta: looks like a nice house but would you spend this much in this part of London?

Not pawn in the slightest but just noticed this for sale near me.

Guesses as to what it’s for? Never seen something like it on Rightmove.

It’s just a normal residential street.

Could you buy it and create a toll road? hehe
