Something a bit more, can we say, reasonably priced, yet still very very nice?
Over here in NI, you get a lot of house for your money once you're over an hour away from Belfast

Or getting into much more affordable price bracket, £400k, newly built so needs decorated, and 18 acres of land included and triple garage which will appeal to car fans...

And if you've only got around £300k to spend, you can still get you're mansion in the woods, just won't have the grand interior finishes...

They're also a bit more sensible with their views in NI.
Wonder if that's going to change anytime soon...?

By views do you mean prices? They're also a bit more sensible with their views in NI.

Once you travel a bit out of Belfast, houses are roughly cost price. Ie, if a house costs £300k to build, you can buy it for about £320k. A 1000sqft 3 bed detached can be picked up for £100k for example. Prices gradually ramp up as you start getting closer to Belfast.

It is on the other side of the pond, but if you do fancy living in a Disneyesque cottage, how about this one...

I think that the Agent will earn his money on that one. Remarkable!
It is quite mad and horribly twee, but it looks really well done and I quite like it ![boxedin](/inc/images/boxedin.gif)
Although the walls are weirdly shiny and look like melted icecream.

Cool, I'd need to be able to gate up the gatehouse towers mind. Can't have a "castle" without a roof terrace.FourWheelDrift said:
