Are you buying the "idea"of that one? Site with proposed design?

That's a bit of a way out plan if it's only the plot.

Depending on your taste, this could be a good combination of size, location and some modern features http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/prope...

I'm 99% certain I've stayed there many years ago when it was a B&B.

Had a very off fishy-tasting chicken curry at a local Indian Restaurant, which stays with me, too.

That's been on here several times. It seems most posters know who owns it. I don't remember because I'm not interested in motorsport.

aha sorry - perhaps this one too, but I am not scrolling through a 100 pages odd

I like modern and have no interest in 100s of acres of fields to maintain, so this would be my money-no-object dream home (if they throw in the Astons)

thumbup

The easiest way to make a small fortune in the motor-racing world?

Start with a large one.

And realistically it's not a £15 million house. If it was it would have sold.

Been on the market years.

Judging by his limited career history he didn't.

I rather like the idea of a bolt hole but the south coast has got rather pricy.
This one is popular at moment, nice enough spot, miles from anywhere, views to die for and a decent garage/car port. Note the Defender so they get weather.
I might be mean in saying that its a bit optimistically priced as it is but closer to 200k seems more likely.
