There appears to be a brace of lavatories, both doored, to remove the awkwardness of dropping the kids off at the pool in front of your new love you've taken away for a romantic weekend. I think it's fine.

I'm not a fan of having the kitchen in the bedroom through, you don't want cooking smells in the bedroom.

Still, can't fault the location, can you?

I keep looking at houses where they've split the plot up to sell it for more. For some reason it annoys me, I don't want to buy a huge house with a relatively small garden and a potential building plot next to it.

Few people do which is why it's a good way to get people to pay more. It's one of the heads you win, tails you win situations for a vendor.

Really it's just a means to highlight the premium for the land clearly enough.

That is stunning. But it has a £3,500 service charge and only 59 years left on the lease. I'd love to know what the freeholder / manager does to warrant a £300 per month service charge!
