Number two is lovely, but no garden and developed barns right behind it. In this part of the world you can get so much more for that money.
Third house has been on the market for about 3 years at that price. Knowing the seller's family, I can assume they will attempt to hold out for the asking price. Great, imposing house, though definitely over priced.
