Not planning on taking it with you when you next move then?? rofl
Very funny biggrin

To be honest, I'm not actually planning to move again. I can't see what more I would want in a home that my place doesn't already have or could have. Been here over 10 years now and watched my little girl grow up here (she was 1 when we moved in) and as she has moved house quite a lot with her mum (since we split up) this has been a bit of an anchor for her.

I showed her somewhere with an indoor pool earlier this year and she was not interested as this was her home. That is saying a lot given how much she loves swimming. That is another reason I am putting a pool in here for her (and of course general family and friends enjoyment).

I know, you just can't get the commitment now days. They only did 12 hour days all week and think that means at the weekend a 7 or 8 hour day is enough before they get back on to 12 hours a day again next week!

They don't know that they're born! biggrin

And this is absolutely why the steps should be where they are. Perfect.

Thank you my dear Gretchen! I said all will be explained, but basically walking into the pool facing the mature garden was so much better than walking in facing the other direction. It also helps with the courtyard feel at the steps end.

I wasn't suggesting you were dear by the way. But you must know how very hard it can get.

Looking good and it looks like you've missed the weather we're having in Beds/Herts - been raining hard the last couple of hours.

It has an electric slatted cover. You can see the pit in some of the pics above. Cheers!

So you're saying I'm cheap?!! It's just fate and circumstance.

I have found it hard the majority of the time to be honest. But I can more than handle it.

Expressing how impressed I am that is.

As hard as it is you always find a way to take it (often on the chin). There is nothing cheap about that quality.

I know it sounds like I am gushing, but you seem able to swallow it all within your stride and then make it harder.

Sorry, there have been many heavy loads this week. Are you wet?

The rain is terrible.

This is rapidly going downhill!!!

Right it's P45s on Monday. I leave them for 1 day and they start only doing 7 hours plus a 3 hour drive home on a Saturday.
Just because Will is working tonight at a local pub after he gets back to Settle it doesn't mean they can finish 5 minutes early.

Youth of today!
