To be fair, there’s not much to refurbish.

Dunno about the exact price but it's pretty convenient if you work in the area. I'd buy it if the price was right and worked in London.

Edit: just seen what else you can buy in the area for that money. That makes the garage overpriced.

I spoke to an estate agent I know in Wales and he said the migration of people moving west following the M4 is insane, londoner all moving to Reading, Reading people moving to Bristol, etc etc until the people living in Swansea go west to the end of Wales, where they can't go any further west without being able to swim very well... So west Wales prices have gone up more than you'd expect!
