Anyone for a rainbow painted converted garage in need of full refurbishment? Oh, and it's nearly £400k, has no dedicated bedroom space, and the front door walks you straight out on to the road.

To be fair, there’s not much to refurbish. biggrin
biggrin

Dunno about the exact price but it's pretty convenient if you work in the area. I'd buy it if the price was right and worked in London.

Edit: just seen what else you can buy in the area for that money. That makes the garage overpriced.
Freehold vs. leasehold, mind you… The similarly priced stuff is on a short lease.
Detached too.

It'll make someone a crashpad, then money back when required.

This one's both pawn and nightmare thread worthy. You could do so much but I can't even comprehend how much work is needed

That road is a tad narrow there... would make getting in and out of your drive a real PITA. Having said that, I quite like that for a challenge.

The first pictures looks great, maybe they're hoping that people don't scroll on to find it's a glorified portakabin?

I know - mental money, isn't it. And absolutely sardine-like with your neighbours, too.

I don’t know if it’ll quite pay for itself but the orange people of the northwest will hold tournaments for the right to pay you thousands to go on holiday there.

Park home living at detached house prices. Can't put a price on that.

Or well maybe you can, and it's £620k.

Yeah, the Dorset coast may command such a price, but not the furthest west part of Wales, and the Irish Sea?!

I spoke to an estate agent I know in Wales and he said the migration of people moving west following the M4 is insane, londoner all moving to Reading, Reading people moving to Bristol, etc etc until the people living in Swansea go west to the end of Wales, where they can't go any further west without being able to swim very well... So west Wales prices have gone up more than you'd expect! biggrin

9 years on a lease might have value under right to buy. This has 9 years left on a licence however…

Haven't been to Abersoch for a few years but even back then it was overrun with pimped up Range Rovers and the like - it's known to some as Cheshire--by-the-Sea.
