But it has a wonderful muriel, so good and lifelike that one could imagine oneself in the South Seas. And a hat.

God bless Hilda Ogden smile
I thought it was a mural of a pair of Zeros swooping onto Pearl Harbour as the sun rose.

Felt I had to post this here - it's Lincolnshire (so all bets are off) but it does offer a lot of space around some eclectic features...

This baronial hall is on the first floor;

I mean, it has arrow slits and warm air heating, plus a pool and a bar. Wowsers.
I like it. A little updating here and there and it'll be ace. :P

Designed by a Disney illustrator, it exudes whimsy and meticulous planning. The Great Room features a majestic fireplace, 1st Century Cross, rolling ladder bookcase, cathedral ceiling, and fine woodworking.

Lower Levels feature a catering kitchen, 18-seat theater, & 100+ person space with stage & elevator. Socially, it hosts faculties, musicians, & charitable events with performances by Nate Bargatze, Bart Millard (MercyMe), and Tim Timmons.

This home epitomizes splendor, innovation, and community spirit.

First thing I ask for when I hire a Disney illustrator to design me a house.

Them: so Dave, what do you want in your house, 8 bedrooms? 8 bathrooms? Cinema room? Swimming pool?
Me: nah I want a 100 seat auditorium with stage, Starbucks and an ice cream shop in the basement.

I can't figure that one out - It reminds me of the old Camelot theme park.
I'm guessing its a 70's build, bet it was mega back in the day.

Well, with the Christian iconography dotted around the place and the "Wonderful Counselor" poster, I can only conclude that there's money in worship over there...

I did assume that 'Disney Illustrator' was US estate agent code for 'Some Mickey Mouse outfit'.

Seems to be half from the 1970s, and half from the 1470s.

Err, how did that get past planning, it's totally out of character with the remaining semi, to the right.
It's bloody ugly and either St Albans is ridiculously expensive or it is vastly overpriced ( just my opinion of course)
St Albans is indeed ridiculously expensive, but it is also overpriced.

On a quiet night when the wind is blowing in the right direction you'll be able to listen to the dulcet tones of the stock cars being thrashed round Skegness Raceway.

That is just insane!

Although I preferred the one that had the cowboy town in the basement.
