Wonky old Georgian townhouse
Discussion
Looks exciting! You must be busy with three under three....
Our first has just hit 1 year old and I know what you mean about phone camera taking a turn!
Look luck with the renovation, we've just moved into a fixer-upper and my weekends are non-existent at the moment.
Seems a shame to loose the lovely old bay window but the floorplan looks a great improvement.

Great to see an update and congrats on the production of new small people.
Know what you mean about cost and kitchens, we bailed and built a new garage instead. Still trying to figure out what to do, so turned to the en suite refurbishment to keep us out of mischief.
Looking forward to your updates!

You are all far too kind
And don't lament the loss of the bay window too much - it is neither old, nor lovely. It is a 60s barnacle made of balsa wood hashed onto the side of the building that manages to be both drafty and leaky
Sitrep: check out that Lino!
...and check out our gas pipe

Remember this?
It's all a bit smashy smashy, but it's nice to be able to stand in and get a feel for how the space will be (even though the main wall is still in place).
Mick (who you may remember from previous posts) has done all of this by hand, while painstakingly saving as many of the original bricks as possible to reuse once the new wall goes up.
The lads are finding the whole thing fascinating. Which is lucky, as it's going to be chaotic for a while yet I suspect!
