You're about an hour from us in Northants so the company we use may cover your area. They've been pretty good since we've been here and we upgraded our alarm system to increase the coverage (parts of the house hadn't been used for decades and weren't alarmed so as we restored bits, they got connected up). It's a mixture of wired and wireless sensors (motion and contact depending on location), includes hardwired fire alarms, multiple remote controls which can arm / disarm different zones, can be expanded if necessary, can have multiple users, has lots of other functions and works very well. The company is called Nutec and their website is www.nutecsecurity.co.ukI have no experience with wireless alarms but really wanted to go down the hardwire route.
