How to improve this kitchen?

Randomly what view do you have out that window?
I will be house hunting in the near future, and having a nice view out the window would be a plus, so possibly a window clean / imaginative use of filters on the camera to reduce glare?
Bearing in mind a number of estate agents use fish eye lenses as well, this may well help - illegally in IMO!

on okay garden out the back. We had a 10k landscaping done about 7 years back. It looks pretty good, well kept, though not many flowers out at the moment. Getting some winter pansies in tonight to fix this.I will be house hunting in the near future, and having a nice view out the window would be a plus, so possibly a window clean / imaginative use of filters on the camera to reduce glare?

am just using an iphone with a cr4p fisheye lens stuck on for these pics to try and replicate the estate agents pics, though it focusses really badly like this.
