Wow! Let us know how he gets on. What would he actually do with it?
He normally does houses up and sells them, but no idea what he would do with this one!

The house has long since gone, it's the greenery forming the shape.

The ceilings didn’t actually look that bad!

Nightmare or opportunity? You decide:

It's a lovely part of the world, but you could easily spent more than the same amount again sorting it out. Plus, everything of any value or note has been stripped (even the bell has gone - I'm amazed the roof is still there!), so there isn't even any salvage to be had...
That has loads of appeal to me, something of a dream to live somewhere like that. Sadly I can't even put up a shelf competently so it's unrealistic.
Wow that has been ripped out. Would have been so much nicer to start with at least some of the interior. Bet the pitch pine floor has been sold for a a good few pennies. I’ve 10 x 1850’s cast iron heating grates I pulled out of the skips when someone ripped out the church near me. Probably worth quite a bit but one day I’ll do something with them as it’s the only history the building has left.

Clearly the EA got tongue tied. They quote
‘Unique opportunity to acquire a beautiful former church building’
They clearly meant
‘Unique opportunity to acquire a formerly beautiful church building’

I don't know the area, but credit to the developer who has managed to gouge the profit from that "Flip" I'd be asking Google maps to blur out this image.

And look at the garden fences, it's like one of those shape puzzles you get in Christmas crackers.

Well they got a garden, and it's manageable. (Small)

Premium Property. Class that - in Derby, which has just topped a poll as worst city in the UK iirc.

Has it really got a blue roof with red ridge tiles, or is it just bad colour rendering in the photo?

The aerial shot suggests it's just an odd rendering, the 'slate' is just slate coloured, although it seems shiny so perhaps something synthetic rather than pukka stone.
