That's very nice. A bit out of the way maybe but as an early retirement spot it would be great.
That driveway !!!!! Much want.

Distinct lack og garaging though..................

Proper time capsule. If you swapped out some of the cheaper looking uPVC windows and clad for some nice big glazing and timber clad or something would be decent.

Kind of reminds me of a pontins currently from the outside.

The outside and parts of the wooden interior remind me of my primary school.

40 acres and only a 5 minute drive from DK Engineering.

I could suffer living there.

Strong money considering it needs a massive upgrading. It is an expensive area though, and the view

That is lovely, I am sure I could get a barn in there for more cars etc.

Love this, just give me the keys and leave everything there.

I would have to take up smoking, the use of Brylcreem and the wearing of polyester suits for maximum effect, but it would be epic nostalgia sitting reading a book, smoke curling quietly upwards while the gramophone plays in the background.

You'd always get an accurate local weather forecast there...

Directions would be easy to follow as well, just turn right at the giant 100ft dildo.

Call me Mr Picky but for £9 million I don't want a radar installation at the end of my drive and views of it from most of the grounds of my mega bucks home.

This one is really nice, seems lovely quality which considering the previous owner is kind of obvious.

Setting aide the eye watering price.

Great location, great decor (excluding the dead animals), amazing 63 acres of grounds (woodland, lake and river).

Errr - is that a price typo??? £800k???? Surely its missing a digit (or two) off the front of the price?

confused
It’s just a part of the big house.
Just a 7000 sqft part with 7 bedrooms and your own indoor pool, gym and sauna! Thats some serious “part”.....

The house linked before was a semi, which is "just a part" of a big house too. Some serious bargain, even if it is "just a part". Id wager 7000sqft part is bigger than 99% of PH'ers homes who own the whole thing biggrin

price looks right tho - its on the PDF too.

You just know that some of the other people living in that are going to be prize sods, though. And you all have to cooperate and pay for the considerable upkeep of the place.

Not to mention it’s in Wrexham.

Whereas I think its utterly tasteless nouveau grottyness. The name on that gate is the most council thing I've seen on this thread I think, well, after the live love laugh thing above the cooker. The pool bit looks pretty depressing too.

You can tell a lot about the owner of the house by what he's put in the giant wine seller, bugger all seems to be the answer here. Probably don't like the taste hehe

Luckily we all all very different or we would all live in the same box. It’s odd though that if you don’t like it you put the owner or buyer down as tasteless.
