Looks like they need a couple of good coats of stain.
There isn't a lot you can do - when the doors were made whoever made them filled the knots, probably with a 2 part wood filler. This was either a poor choice of colour or the colour of the stain has faded.

Start with a good wash with some soapy water, then rinse off with the hose.
Let them dry for a day or two (providing you don't get any rain!) and then give them a really good rub down with some 120 grit sandpaper, making sure there isn't any flaky or loose stain left.
if you end up going back to the wood then stain with relevant base stain first.
Then put 2 coats of stain on, preferably with a very light rub down with some 150 or 240 grit paper in between coats.
