I had a look on fleabay and there are quite a few. Requirement would be for one thats reliable and fairly fast I guess. I'd like a keycode at the front of the garage and one at the back door of the house, but I assume these are optional extras. Appreciate any advice anyone can offer thanks.

We have two from Ditec, 10 years old and not a bit of a problem.

Last year we changed from an up and over to a sectional door, the door fitter was very impressed with the setup, he reckons a lot have problems after 5 years or so.

Ours is from Hormann; it's quick and quiet.

My wife & I each have small keyring controls, like a car alarm 'plipper' to open/close too, and a keypad on the wall outside the garage so the children use a PIN to enter = no keys required for them to get in. thumbup

It wasn't anywhere near as expensive as I thought it would be.

+1 for the Hormann. They have even thought about the installation process quite thoroughly too (you use the power of the motor to lift the shutter up onto the roller using straps provided) that I was quite impressed with since I was installing it DIY. Have had mine a couple of years and no problems yet - even the plipper batteries are still going strong and work from >50m.
