Samsung washer dryer question

Last week we got a brand new Samsung washer dryer to replace an old one. The new one smells of burning rubber when on the drying cycle. It's OK on the washing cycle. Any ideas? Thanks

We've got an indesit and it did exactly the same for the first few weeks. Indesit told us it was 'perfectly normal' and it will fade within a few weeks. It did.

Got the indecit recently is well and clothes smell like rubber.

I rang indecit about it and they offered me a service contract for the new machine lol. Took all my details, no doubt to sell on to third party for a barrage of junk mail.

My parents had the top spec Samsung washer dryer and first 2 of them failed in the first week with dodgy heaters. Whole units replaced under warranty with little fight, apparently a dodgy batch. This was a couple of months ago.

Were all bought from ao.com who were helpful apparently!
